Default newbie in barnegat bay, nj

new boater looking for the hot spots (food/drink) in northern barnegat bay. i saw a 6-year old thread, that led me to this site, that listed the following:
- Lobster Shanty in Toms River
- Waters Edge in Bayville
- Treasure Island, place to anchor
- a beach called Tices Shoal in Island Beach State Park
- Catus Island in Toms River (Silver Bay section)place to

- Pilot House at the end of the Metedeconk River

See in NJ you have two families:

"The Jersey Boyz" w/ "The Godfather" Don Augie if you race.
"NJPPC" w/ "Highass" Don Dave if you poker run.

Unlike some "families" who fight each other, we work together like a well oiled machine and run NJ Offshore powerboating. Both families know how to have kick-azz parties too!

Be sure you are ready to have fun and enjoy life....To quote Don Augie "Cause once you enter This Family there's no gettin' out...so if ya have any doubts or reservation, now's the time to say so. Hell Hath No Fury Like The Family."
