Our 18 and 21 yr old say our computer is the fastest one they've ever been on......I frequent two other car sites and a truck site and OSO is always the slowest and always has been......truth!

I liked the idea of subliminal advertising better when they just flashed a pair of boobs at you...

Yup .. PAINFULLY slow right now!!! 8:15 - 8:55am. Avatars delay and then pop in like 5-8secs++ after page itself finally loads ... and page loads taking more than a few seconds of clocking for each

This post (and then ~~edit~~) took over 40secs to finally punch through! I'm done for this morning can't take it ... check back in later

Everything is slowing down. Its the economy. Gas prices are even slowing down internet boating.

It's a good thing the consummate professionals at Internet Brands took over this floundering, backwoods website. Their technical expertise has vastly outpaced anthing the rubes who used to run this joint could ever dream about.

IB had big talk when the takeover happened. Even though they had both feet on their johnsons on the announcement, alot of us wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm wondering now if they're able to pull anything off without a meltdown. This isn't their first website. You'd think they could either pull it together or job it out to someone who could.

I smell a poof.

(A note to this thread: when you get to Poofland, say hello to Tim's decision thread. That was a good thread and it died so young.)
