Need strainers, any advice

I have stainless marine super strainers. They hold a lot of water in reserve (for when you're airborne) and have pressure relief valves for re-entry pressure spikes. Very well built. I can stand on them.

Second on the Stainless Marine. Rigged two of them on my 382 last winter. Not cheap, but they are built like a tank and very functional:

Hardin Marine also makes a nice stainless strainer. Let us know if we can help. Bill

I have Marine Machine ones on the Cig, they hold alot of water and look great. They come with a wrench. One center bolt and the whole lid comes off. Easy on easy off.
I once had a boat that had a dozen butterfly hold downs, what a pain in the ass.

This is where the Formula factory is mounting them in their 382s with the 700/NXT package. These are somewhat larger strainers than the factory is currently using. Can't really mount them any lower due to the matrix stringer system.

Thank you for taking the time to reply . I think i'm going to go with the harden strainers , they look easy and quick to clean. And if the quality is as good as the headers I have from them I know they will last . Thanks again Jeff
