After a deal fell through because the rebuilt on an engine took too long, I sold & delivered the ride to a buyer shipping it to Japan.
So it is joining another flat bottom 42 footer with #6's in Japan.
Have a good trip we had a great ride....
OK now what for next year??? Skater36 or 32 & #6's or Gladiator??? Got to get to work so I can afford a dinghy for that Azimut...
We'll be back up to speed soon enough!

Information for you numbers guys relating to depreciation.
We have owned Four Cigarettes consecutively for the last seven years. One 20 Footer, One Cafe Racer (35') and Two Tigers (42').
All were bought used making the best deal we could.
All (like any offshore boat) had running costs related to such boats. I do not count this in the number below as I believe I have to pay to play.
Counting the pluses (We made a profit selling two of the four) and the minuses it cost us in depreciation $24k over the last seven years for the privilege of running a Cigarette. That is a little less than $4k a year.
Those are our numbers for your information.

I never have and never will buy a new boat. Let someone else pay the massive depreciation, then make your best deal. Take care of it and sell every few years. Seems to be the most cost effective way. 4K a year to drive a Tiger is rediculously cheap.
