I grew up skiing behind outboards we would put 100s of hours no troubles, that sucks 200 hours power heads go lowers lock up man they don't make obs like they use to. BIG BLOCKS RULE.
WE USE TO PULL 10 TEENS BEHIND A SMALL BLOCK IN BOARD, THE obs were go for 3 to 4 that was a 150 on a checkmate or a hydrostream in the end of our teen years a guy on the lake picked up a flat bottom with a duel carbed 427 or 454, that ripped people right out of the water or off the dock 6'feet in the air
it took awhile for the driver to learn easy on the foot when giving it gas
the old days when my bones didn't hurt

Ronnie is the best! That's why we luv him! There's no BS with him! I've been in the boat before and know what it is capable of. Ronnie & Chucky are stand up people. At the dock after the PR, there was no BSing, they told it like it was. I am proud to be a friend of theirs.
Once again, congrat to Ronnie & Chuck!
We ALL talk alot of smack, and I still stand by my words on the other thread that got closed about the "Cat Killer" thing. All I can say is that Maxed Out came to the NYC PR and did what I expected from them. They were the 1st boat to the TZ bridge, I expected nothing less from them!

I saw the video, but i also saw the boat in person at the poker run in ny. The video doesn't do it justice. I can't wait for it to be at the next one....who knows where it will show up next?
