That is in sad shape, still, if there is no structural damage then it's possibly a good opportunity for someone with a couple of merc packages

It sunk at the dock due to a bad through-hull fitting for the AC and/or generator, IIRC. The bilge pumps kept up until the batteries died, but that was all she wrote. It went down in the salt. :( It was a beautiful boat once owned by Steve Schuble's brother (and company).

Structurally it should be fine. But it probably needs EVERYTHING replaced.

It was in the Miami show in 2002. Beautiful boat. I think that it was the first 38 that they made. What a shame.

That boat was awesome but it has fallen on hard times. Boat sunk in salt water down to the fairing (full submersion). It was down overnight and into the next day. My buddy built that boat new and ran it over 10,000 nautical miles/ 400 hours before selling it to Steve/OSO. Steve ran it for a season and sold it to Manny at Fastfinance.com. Manny is the local "Clay Washington" and that boat saw more azz than a toilet seat. Unfortunately it was left in the water a few weeks and as reported earlier it drained the batteries and sunk.

Boat was the most solid ride I have ever experienced and ran 82-84 with a pair of 525's.
