I just added Lake Nipissing to my list of favorite waterway names. It's running a close second to Assawoman bay.


Unfortunately here in MD, if you don't have an existing boat house, they won't even let you put up a tarp roof over your boat. And that's the least of our problems. I'm fighting for a standard 70ft pier permit and i have 450ft of waterfront. Plus we can be fined up to $10,000 per day for ANY critical area "violations".

Man i hate local politics.

I've always loved this picture. The boathouse is somewhere in the Muskoka region ...

Thanks..it's finished now, except for painting..which can wait till the latter part of the year..It's all about the boating at the moment, my honey do list can wait.

That I believe is an old pic of the inside of Port Sandfield Marine back when they sold Donzi's too.
