Thank You Nor-Tech and Typhoon
I was at the at the Atlantic City poker run last weekend and ran kick azzz on the way down from Toms River to AC. It felt really good pulling first into the docks without any gremlins but that changed on the way home ! About seven miles south of the Barnegat inlet and three miles off shore a Trans decides it had enough and crapped out.Well after ideling for two hours to get to the inlet the other motor starts to foul its plugs ,the rocks on the North and South side of the inlet wanted to get a peice of us but we managed to stay running and headed across Barneget bay to get to a travel lift in Waretown. The travel lift closed at Five PM and it looked like we would make untill we shut the boat down to check a prop and it wouldn't restart. Tow but US brought us in and the owner of Long Key Marina waited for us to use the travel lift.OK here is were the Thank You comes in.Bob Christy, the owner of Typhoon Marine gets my trailer and drives down to the Marina to pick us up and bring the boat back then durring the week Trond Schou who owns Nor-tech overnights a new BAM trans and their shop foreman, (yes the shop foreman) to go through my boat after the repairs!!!!
This is HUGE , I can't thank enough ALL that were involed like Bobby,Terry,Chuck,Frank,Tommy and the list goes on.

I would also like to thank Typhoon, especially Bob, Chuck and Frank for helping me with my A/C problems. I had one drive stuck in gear after the first card stop and decided to keep going anyway. About 30 miles out from A/C, the other motor decided to quit, electrical gremlin. We managed to idle (3 hours) down to A/C and slide into a spot, remember the running motor was stuck in drive. Bob and Chuck met me at the dock and proceeded to try anything and everything to get me running to no avail.
Bob then tells me not to worry about it, he would bring my trailer down from Toms River and tow it back on Sat. Well, that Sat. I met Bob at the ramp in Brigantine and he trailered it back. Frank was nice enough to follow me to the ramp and give me a ride back to A/C.
A big thank you once again to Bob Christie, Chuck Burke, and Frank Civitano for all they do!
