i had shoulder surgery last october at rogue valley hospital in ajax/pickering. had a bad water skiing fall and took a couple bad beats snowboarding so after a while it kept slipping out of the socket. it seems to be all better today, and was worth being laid up for a couple months.

good luck with the surgery! wish you all the best!

I hope that you have a speedy recovery. You will be back on the water before you know it.

Bob,

From the few times we talked I pegged you as an achiever and a minor setback like this to you is more than likely seen as part of the small bumps on the path to attain & accomplish great things.

Hope everything turns out fine I know you will make it happen that way!

Best of luck on the surgery and recovery. I had my left shoulder done where they tried to shrink the tendons back, worked for a while, get it taken care of quickly.

I just checked the Physical Therapy prescriptive bible. Throttling is not listed under any form of physical rehab.

Get well quickly.
