I used to buy and re-sell 30 ft express cruisers...bought several from them without anything out of the ordinary going on. Normal get a survey type stuff since they don't anymore about the history of the boat than you do.

Make several bids over the past 8 years, were even the highest bid and some how it went back up for rebid??? Been down there Jim seems pretty straight forward, but if you think you are going to buy a boat for pennys on the dollar its not going to happen.

My Brother-n-law has purchased a bunch of boats from them over the years. Most honestly he never even got. He was the high bidder, and once he won the #2 bidder contacted him and offered him more money to let him have it. Not bad make money on something you never even owned...
He's been very happy with all of his dealings with them.

In several deals I realized a couple things.....the minimum bid listed means nothing. The banks determine what they'll take for the boat and they don't pre-set an amount they're willing to live with. I've been high bidder above the minimum and the bank wouldn't accept the offer...I've been high bid BELOW the minimum and got the boat.
