sent seller a email and asked if he was going to disclose that vessel was involved in a fatality accident ..provided a link to oso and ebay..

no way of contacting the bidders anymore

Very sad, at the very least change the paint, the boat should have been destroyed.

This is really a crazy idea, I wonder if in my insurance policy. I could have a clause added that if I am am killed on the boat that it will be destroyed?? Just an idea??

but with cars/trucks they are useually issued " salvage title only" meaning they go to auction and then to a junk yard for what little parts are left...


but , there are people out their who will sell anything because they don't give a dam , just looking to make a buck...

i have contacted my ebay rep about this. I sell alot of cars on ebay threw my job and he said hes going to look into it

I see no problem with the boat being repaired and re-sold, assuming it was repaired correctly, It should definately be disclosed in the ad though. The fact that someone died dosen't mean the boat should be destroyed, people die in houses all the time, I don't see them destroying the house.
