Default Lake Norman

I might be pulling my boat down to Lake Norman NC, how is the lake and will I get in trouble for not having mufflers?

Come down this weekend and join the Carolina Poweboat Association for their annual FUN RUN/POKER PARTY.

The law is not too bad about mufflers.

No rules or regs on mufflers that I know of.

Mufflers or have water mix in the exhaust strem before it exits the pipes. They are not bad but I have been checked once with my Scarab & once with GTX. BTW I'm ok barely though.

There is not noise law. Doesnt matter what kind of exhaust you have. If the police tell you there is, laugh in their face.

I'm sure that will go over well! LOL.

I was at the sandbar rafted up with some friends Sunday. Heard you take off just before the storms rolled in.
The skater sounds strong. Congrats.

People in NC! I wish I were back home. My family has a house over on High Rock Lake, Norman's neighbor to the east. Unfortunately, my mom has had to list it with a realtor. With me in NH, she just isn't able to keep up two houses. We don't have as many larger boats as Norman, just a Fountain and a couple of Baja's. The lack of really warm weather up here has really made me miss my lake weekends!
