crappy few weeks. they told my mom 2 weeks ago they found a tumor on her ovary and she went in for surgery friday at 7am. they started on the hysterectomy, sent a sample to the lap for biopsy...malignent of course (grrrrrrrr). so as they're proceeding with the surgery they find another tumor on the lining of her uterus. now we have to wait for lab results to see if there the same or different. if there different (best case scenario) means stage 3 treatable by chemo...if there the same that means 1 spread to the other then would be stage 4 treatable with radiation.
