He hired me to Survey a boat at Hideaway in Pompano Beach FL, I did I sent it to him, he did not buy the boat and decided NOT to pay me. Surveyors get ripped like this all the time. So when a Surveyor ask to be paid up front it is because of people like Matt Stromsten- If you know him tell him he ripped me off. The Surveyor could care less if the buyer get's the boat. Cheap Canadian
