my favorite is my low cal mojito that I make ahead and put in the plastic bottles from the flavored water.

I don't measure and I make a large batch all at once since it is easier. I use
-no calorie key lime flavored sparkling water (I let it go flat)
-a very small amount of the roses mojito mix
-some bottled key lime juice (no sugar added)
-juice from about 3 fresh limes
-several sprigs of my homegrown mint leaves
-rum
I put this all in the mixer size plastic bottles the flavored water comes in and shake it up. It is easy to store in a cooler and not so obvious that you are drinking alchol. For long hot days I use a lot of ice and go easy on the rum.

For you guys and gals that like to use fresh sqeezed lemons and limes in your drinks here's a Martha Stewart tip for you. Before cutting it open with a firm hand press and roll the fruit around on the counter for about 30 seconds. This will help release so much more juice it's hard to believe. Also I do not like leaving the rinds in the drink, it makes it bitter. I try to add a little of the pulp but never the rinds
