Cool 32' Skater Face Lift

Well we been working on this SKATER 32' at Face It Boat Reconditioning, Motors came out, interior came out new color with imbrodery going in, fiberglassed all the holes in, dash also, dash lookes cool with no holes, scoops for the motors, new carpet, body work---- sanded/blocked--sanded/blocked--sanded/blocked--- my fingers are bleeding. Going new 2-part apoxy on sides, top and back. Gelcoat on bottom, this boat will be ( FAST ) Can't tell you what motors, going in. Were shooting the sides this Sat, then I get to sand/block/sand/block/buff. Top Next week then shoot, sand/block/sand/block/buff. I'm going home. Talk tomorrow.

Unhappy poor boat

It's really a shame that you are chaning the AGITATOR that much, it will never run the same. That was one of the best balanced boats of all time, sometimes you should leave well enough alone. I hope the drives hold up with the blower motors because #4 drives are tough to get parts for. Just my.02

Well the sides are shot, smooth, flat & white. Got a nice buzz at the same time.

Going through the same stuff with my boat. Please keep us posted on the progress so that we can all try and learn from one another on this one.
