Good lesson for everyone. Have the hauler furnish their insurance certificate, and call the insurer to be sure it is in force.

The way insurance certificates work is this...

The insured calls the insurer who issues a certificate directly to the person contracting the insured. They are then a "named insured". Plus, no nonsense by way of fake docs.

Hey Andy, Frank uses the name Fullthrottle as he used to work for Jason/FullThrottle. Jason fired Frank for number of reasons, But Frank kept using the name/paperwork from fullthrottle and was claiming he had Cargo Insurance.

When Frank totaled the trailer thats when the truth came out about not having Cargo Insurances.

Jason/FullThrottle is a great guy and has Nothing to do in all this...

Late this afternoon Frank phone my mother(dont know why)and asked her to make contact with me to have this thread removed. When my mother stated to him that she has nothing to do with this matter, Frank threaten me to my mother.... :mad:
