Heads up ppl: Frank Lopez using the name FullThrottle drives a 2005 black 4door dodge dually with 22.5 wheels. He loves to brag about having cargo insurances.... He's stated to me that he drives/transports for Jetski of miami and Fastboats among others....

Frank's one of thos transporter that likes to brag about how good he is and just how much cargo insurances he carrys etc. I didnt have a problem with Frank, But the way he is acting just aint right. He totaled the trailer out of his own stupidty.

I cant believe this scum is hoseing Mike, Mike is the easiest going guy I have ever met, talked to him shortly after he got the news about his trailer, and his new boat being stuck in Kentucky, sorry to hear this mike.

Yeah Mike's an alright guy. I truly believed Frank would have kept his end of the deal and pay Mike, But when I spoke with Mike the other day and he stated that Frank was scanning his calls that just pissed me off. Frank totaled the trailer cuz he panic behind the wheel. His an idiot not just for panicing but for the way he tied that boat down. Any good transporter knows that the first and for most strap is the one holding the boat back. Thats the one Frank didnt put on the boat!
btw a girl had to go finsh what a guy couldnt!!! :D

Frank did work for Fullthrottle, But was released back in Nov 2007.

Frank used to work for Fullthrottle transport, But Jason fired Frank for number of reasons. Frank still uses the name Fullthrottle.

But if Frank worked for Jason representing Fulltrottle transport and he trashed the trailer while working for Fulltrottle transport, and Fulltrottle transport was the one on contract, wouldnt that mean that the transport companies insurance should pay? If not the transport company because there the ones doing the job........

Good lesson for everyone. Have the hauler furnish their insurance certificate, and call the insurer to be sure it is in force.

The way insurance certificates work is this...

The insured calls the insurer who issues a certificate directly to the person contracting the insured. They are then a "named insured". Plus, no nonsense by way of fake docs.

Late this afternoon Frank phone my mother(dont know why)and asked her to make contact with me to have this thread removed. When my mother stated to him that she has nothing to do with this matter, Frank threaten me to my mother.... :mad:
