Hope it all works out for you guys. If it doesn't , like boatme said small claims is a waste of time. We own apartments and could file dozens of claims per year. Could win every case and still never see a dime. We just dump debt to collections and get 35%, better than nothing. If he doesn't make it right please come off with the so called builder.
