The situation is I bought a car outright from a corner car lot. My bank cashed the autoloan check before they got the title for the car as most banks do (through good faith)
But he went under and never paid off the floor plan bank, and sending out the title.
I already spoke to the floor plan bank in SC they said sorry get a lawyer.
I was told a judge can order the bank to turn the title over if I can prove ( which I can) that the car was paid for in full.
