That was the plan since we ran the 109.
Im just looking for the email I got that said that Skater would run in the 140's, and be a player against the newer MTI's, NorTechs and any and all other competition.

ran 143 on the fun run, 128 in standing mile, pretty strong with bad props and wet sumps. give him some dry sumps, herings and 8 lbs boost, low 150's, strong for old 40 Skater

Saturday the water patrol moved and angled radar without recalibration, several runs were not even able to be radared, runners were saying off by 8-15mph, It was corrected and accurate on Sunday.

I don't know anything about an email. But I do know about $400.00 that Jim doesn't owe you anymore because it ran a little faster than 114 in the shootout. As far as MTIs I'd trade up in a second but I would never trade this Skater for a Nor Tech cat. Been there sold that. And it does run in the 140s

Props were perfect.

No prop change always turning in. Out should be a little faster but can get a little loose in turns.

I think he still owes the $400 because the interest would hardly cover the bet.
As far as an MTI or Nortech cat looks have alot to do with the boat I would choose more than anything.

I never was going to get the money anyways, it's only been 5 years..besides my bet was not on the speed the boat would run..I had no clue..it was on weather or not he would make the run..Jim now owes you the money. Good Luck.

what Nortech and what power/drive combo did you have.
