I,m trying to locate a company that sells these doors that sits into an aluminium frame (elipse ),the ones you see in powerboats for headdoors ,bathroomdoors etc

I don,t need an exact size for a given boat ,something like 5 ft in height and 2 ft widt will do fine

I don,t know the exact word for this item ,I tried to google this ,but could not find any ...

You should be able to have whatever size you need made at any plastics/plexiglas shop.

That was what I was thinking too,I went to a shop like you mentioned ,they can made just about every shape I want ,but I need this aluminium frame too, believe these units come complete with door ,lock ,frame etc

Not sure if they will sell to you or not, but we use Teak Isle. They mostly do custom work for OEMs but they may have something on the shelf that will work that they would be willing to sell to you. There are a few others like them but that is who we use. If you do not have any luck, PM me and I will look through some other literature and see if I can find another option for you.
