Default 454mag Wot?

I run Kentucky Lake Poker Run and the Shoot Out Poker Run this year and I had a blast. I've had the boat five years now and very rarely run it at WOT for more than 30sec. But on the Poker Runs we ran hard. It's has about 650hrs on it and starts with just a turn of the key, I almost named it Timex(Takes a lick n and keeps on tick n). When should I start thinking about fleshing? I kind of hate thinking about opening it up sense it has nothing but flawless. All my buddies have hopped up engines and it seem like every summer there's something there messing with. So would you open it up or leave it alone for now?

Leave it alone. When it goes (if big) just buy a new, crate long block and you're back at it. DO NOT GO TRY TO HAVE IT REBUILT. Forget trying to find some flunky to build you a hotter pkg. If you want to go bigger than go bigger the right way or you'll wind up like lots of guys who wind up missing an entire boating season and never seeing $5K again
