We change out the Hour Meter when we put in new power. If the boat is in good shape and The Survay said that it is who cares how many hours are on the boat . Just my $0.02 !!!

Boats for sale don't need hour meters. Every one was only driven to church on Sundays by Grandma when the water was calm at an idle. Looking at one of mine?
