Using your exisiting 496 block, it'll cost you 15-16K.

6500 or so for block work and good parts.
6500 or so for top end kit
800 for powdercoat
2500 for exhaust

1000 or less for miscellaneous shop items
labor????

Dont forget shipping both ways etc....
