My bad it is Skirt Steak..
Flank Steak is "Vaca Frita"
But we can hopefully get a few more boats and do it all over (minus rain, hopefuly).
We could do the BBQ at Boca Chica http://www.key-biscayne.com/kb/keys/bocachita/
and then hang out at Elliot for after lunch drinks and music!!

I dont know all these fancy names for it.
We marinate the skirt for about about 2 days in the fridge with some worcestershire sauce, soy, and garlic, I may not be cuban, but I know what tastes good

Boca Chita sounds good, if we can get a spot, then off to Elliott.

I'm in!
Angel, that Twister runs like a litttle race boat. I could see it was trimmed out, yet it flies pretty level. From where I sat, it looks like you guys were having a lot of fun with her.
Rick, try lifting the engine so that the propeller shaft is between 4.5-5.5 inches below your hull. That seeme to be the sweet spot for the 24 Pantera......and, ....try to stay in at least 18" of water....

Sorry about that Rick. When the cat is up and running it only needs about 10 inches of water. I did lose some paint on my skeg. With the transom water pickup I don't have to worry about sucking up sand anymore! Count me in on the next run. The Toys for Tots run is the weekend after that. My wife and I do it every year. It's up in Palatka on the St John's river. For a GREAT cause! Semper Fi!!!
