She is light and fast. The Cat Killer sticker was just "showin some love .

Ben, The picture is a bit of an illusion there was an Atlantic south swell that day. The boat is actually launching a bit. However, when we get above 180mph in either boat the hulls have quite a bit of lift and feel like they are flying. In this pic we are running a very long rudder, it can get lively when the boat lifts so high you run out of rudder. The feeling is relative , same feeling as a small light cat or hydrostream hung out. You know when your there.

She has been de-rigged and is undergoing a transformation that will be worthy of her history and the future of the turbine offshore class. She is due to begin (re) testing in January 09 and will be at several boat shows though the spring season. The boat will feature the ability to "swap" 53/55 series (1800/3000hp) engines as well as some inovative new options that should make her as formidable as her predecessor.

Many of you have custom built your own rigs and know that these things can't be rushed (even if you wanted too .

We'll keep you updated as the project moves along.

In the meantime .........Come to KW and see the Miss GEICO , JBS and Aquamania drop the hammers and burn some Jet-A!

Marc and Scotty
