That is the boat. I had started building these engines for his Top Gun that he had before he bought the Skater. We were going to set them up around 900-950, since it was a Bravo boat. Just as I was going to start assembling them, he struck a deal on this boat and traded in the Cig. He had already paid for the engines, so he decided to up the hp and put them in this. That is the real reason he bought the Skater in the first place. He already had the engines handled.
I built a set of 598's with Quadrotor Whipples (1193 hp) for his last boat. Eddie Who ever this guy is....GOD BLESS HIM! :drink: |

Jon, no offense taken. Like I said, I think something is wrong with either the brake or the water supply to the brake. It should not heat up that fast. I'm trying to upload the video, since you can see in the video the brake temp and how high and how quick it shoots up. Like I said, Stuska says not to get it over 130*. We were over that all day. At the beginning of the pull it was at 90* and by the end of a sweep it was over 160* And that is in a quick sweep. There is no way we could hold it or pull lower. The owner of the shop is supposed to get with Stuska to see what the deal is. What are those guys using for a dyno to pull the diesels and to get down real low? Eddie |

Eddie Tom is using a Stuska brake on his dyno also. No problem providing data 1000 rpm and up. Dyno's up to 2000 hp that I'm aware of :drink: Anyways no problem holding it where ever needed. Talk to ya later Jon |
