I didn't feel like reading all 18 pages, is this thing still on and what's the plan?

I think we are staying at the Knolls, about mile marker 22?

My only concern is will I have 2 boats, 1 boat or no boats???

The Mrs and I are still planning on making the trip down-but we proably will not have a boat to ride.:(

I will be there either staying around the 11 mile marker or in the state park. I should have room om mine if I don't sell it first.

Anyone know when the BIG get together is?

The plan is for a late week run up to Big Dicks to shoot the minow!! Probably Thursday or Friday afternoon. Then on Saturday we are meeting in front of Lazy Days (one cove before party cove, you can't miss it!!!!) for a photo shoot at noon (be late and you won't be in the picture!!!) The resort here is on a big hill, so we should be able to get a couple of great shots of all the OSO boats together!! Then it's on to Party cove to raft up in our OWN LINE of OSO boats and meet, greet, and party!!

Mr Waterfoul will be your cruise director. I am not sure who said 12 noon. I think you guys will have to drag me out and just drop me on the ground and stand around me :D:D

Dude, you WILL be up at noon. Even though we are just around the corner from P.C, It's a long swim!! LOL!!!!

If we wait any longer than that, we won't get a good spot in the cove for "viewing" the "festivities"

Mrs. Griff and I will be there on Friday afternoon. Staying at the 17mm at Holiday Shores.
Von, I'm not sure if I'm gonna have a full boat or not. Haven't got firm commitments from people yet. If you're boatless and I've got room, you're welcome to join us. If not, I'm sure you'll be able to hitch a ride to PC from somebody. Sounds like there will be a LOT of OSO memmbers there.

Mike, I think we should all meet for the picture at 11:00 instead of 12:00. It will take a while to get everyone together and the photos taken. Just a thought. Who's taking the picture, anyway??

I vote for the Big Dick's run on Friday. PLEASE, please, please......we won't be down till Thursday night and I've never been there. I don't wanna miss out on the trip.

Fred, you will be staying right next door to our Condo!! :) (if we still have it by then; at this point it looks like we will) Westside Bay Condominiums is being developed on the Lakeview Resort property. We get to be neighbors for the weekend!:D :D :D

Yes Fred, they are the white 4 story buildings. There are only 2 built so far.

LOL! i'll be down thursday night or friday morning and staying until tuesday afternoon. i'd be up for a friday lunch run to Big Dick's Halfway Inn (aka Halfway Inn). nothing better to wash your lunch down than a couple of ozark minnows!

in the past, the normal course of partying has taken us to topsider's on friday night and shooter's on saturday night, but i was thinking about trying something a little different to avoid the damn crowds....perhaps horny toad, tommy's, salty dog, bwj's, etc.

I am staying on the Niangua arm, it is off the 31 mm of the Osage, it's about half to Big Dicks from Party cove.

The normal schedule is : Friday nite- Topsiders
Saturday nite- Shooters, Horny Toad.
Sunday Afternoon- Backwater jacks

Now I could be off on the Sunday one depending...

So if you are wanting to avode the crowds, plan around this schedule. By the way for those of you that dont already know, Aqua Pizza is now closed. But they are trying to pass a new law, that would allow you to drink till 3 am, but only at resorts that have over 75 rooms? Or some thing like that, not all of the details are out on that yet....any one else heard anything on that?
