I agree!

Bottom line, if you're the buyer you should already know what it's worth "to you". So if you're serious about wanting something and not kicking tires, make a firm offer and see if the person bites. If not, walk away from the deal and don't get pissed...

You may even be surprised if/when the person calls you back in a few weeks accepting your offer but now you have the upper hand... Sales doesn't have to suck there just needs to be mutual respect....
