Sounds like just what is needed for Lake Michigan. There are a lot of days when very few boats will run over 80.

I ran one on lake michigan just before I purchased mine, it was great in that water, 3 foot chop and the performance was impressive, in calm water. Im not sure if there is a hop issue on mine or not for it was not built in the U.S., I will let you guys know as I run it in some calm water, so far I have only been in 2's or above, and I cant complain.
