I don't think the boat was ever repo'ed. He sold it to a lady out in Cali, she put about 4-5 hrs on it from what I understand, and sold it back to him. Not sure if he sold it again or not.

I heard about the same thing. The boat sat in the water for about 4-5 months in Cali. The lottery winner spent all her money, owed the marina money, and Matthew Smith got the boat back with about 5 more hours on the meters than when he sold it.

It looked pretty good at the boat show. Interior needed a good detail, but thats about all I noticed.

Yea, the boat was out here for about 3 months when the crazy lottory winner had it. She sold it back to Matthew. He gave it the TLC it needed and broght it back to a 10! No harm done.
