I have talked to my nurse friend and she has no connections out there

She told me to call Rockford Memorial hospital 815-971-500 and ask for social services and they could supply a list of local care givers

I have called and left a message and waiting fo a responce

Thanks for all your kind comments. I got a private nurse / home care company lined up for the next few weeks, (In Illinois) to come to the house and check on both of my parrents.
We are planning to go to NJ First week of March. IT was important that Mom and Dad feels somewhat safe, when I or my sister is not there. Their attitude and outlook is getting better. This is important, and now they are trying to get some strenght and preping for the trip. It's amazing what the mind can do, and how well a better attitude helps their overall health. Dad is actually moving around and walking around the house. I feel better now as well that some one will be checking on them, and I'm ok leaving them for a week or so, untill I come back to Rockford for the move.
