Just when I need a set of 741's they close the door,, I feel like I am in the food line at a cheap wedding and the guy in front of me takes the last meat and taties!!! bummer !

Think I may have a 741 new in box never used along with lifters, valves, and springs if any one needs them.
Also have a 500 efi intake, throttle body, injectors, computer, and valve covers. Basically parts to make a 500 efi from a 502 mag. Never did the project. Just bought the parts new from Mark Boos at Precision Marine in Kenner, LA. Parts have been in a bedroom closet for a couple of years. Ron Cardinal [email protected] |

The deal blew up last friday with the new buyers because of the bank. Monday the staff was told to go home at 10am. The bank called late on Monday saying they may have a resolution to get the deal done. Crane people and the attorneys for the buyers were still meeting as of 6pm last night. I have heard this morning whether the deal has gone through or been shot down.
Crane is major core supplier and parts supplier to many companines in our industry. If they do shut the doors expect huge delays in billet cam purchases. |
Based on the feedback I'm getting there seems to only be a small chance they will actually shutdown for good. More down or "right" sizing. Cant expect suppliers to stay big when I'm sure sales have dropped considerably.

Let's all keep our fingers crossed that they pull through this delema.
