I'm not sure that's 100% correct. I understand they were just bought last week???? Got a call in lets see what comes of it...

Not entirely false. Appears their consolidating a few things based on some bank approvals falling through.

I'm glad to hear they're going to pull through. they are one of the best in the biz and would have been dissappointed if they were to close.

So to answer your question production may have stopped temporarily but it sounds like they will be back up quick. I hope

I also put out a few calls and it does sound like there is someone buying them.

It is going to get interesting in the HP market with the economy the way it is. Keith Black engines has also shut down and are selling off everything. My brother knows of a deal that KB turned down just a few weeks ago. It would have moved KB to the midwest.

Their last day of business was last friday. Talked to a friend of mine that works there, and that's what he told me. Supposedly they went to do a "refi" and the bank refused to qualify them. They are working on a buy out from another bigger company, but, nothing's written in stone yet. They have a few irons in the fire. I was told that anything that was'nt already shipped out by friday, probably would'nt be shipped until this whole mess is straightened out.
