I dont keep up with the Miami scene too much, live north of the broward border, and work almost in Martin County, but WE WILL be down a bunch when the water warms up, frequent Haulover Sandbar and Elliott.

I was thinking of running north to find him, but not too far....

That sounds fine, I gotta check the conditions, remember I am in a 28 year old 24 foot boat.

UPDATE!!!
We are leaving Thursday night to get a jump on the trip, driving 5-6 hours and pulling over and finish the trip on Friday, but will be in the water Friday afternoon and staying at Harbortown Marina, at Fort Pierce Inlet and getting a fresh start on Saturday. So lunch will not be a problem and the water looks like it is going to be great.
We are so excited !!!!!! Finally here...
