I wouldn't care which one runs that last +2-3 mph faster....The one that is the safest and better riding at WOT would be my concern.

I doubt alot of the higher speeds posted here are with stock power. The 700 's can be modified in a number of ways.

118 is with STOCK 700's in an Outerlimits SV 43
