Did you consider doing away with the port holes? I think it would make a huge difference in appearance and probably strength also.

I actually never once thought about it until I saw it put back together. They were taken out and taped off so when I saw it while being painted it wasn't very noticeable and it looked great, but seeing them done made me think twice. Oh well, it still looks good.
