Same here...its hard to turn down those interest rates. The refinancing business has jumped immensely in the past few weeks!

Have you noticed that most people are optimistic about the economy and want it to come around. But the minute it seems to turn, Obama opens up his big mouth an tells us how this is the worst times since the world was created and sinks all of the optimism. Every time he does something the market tanks.

Quit watching the news...you'll be much happier. I quit a long time ago.

I agree, problem is that sites like Yahoo Finance are like a train wreck, no pun intended, you just can't help but look!
