I spent about 10 hours working on it on Friday.
-lifted it off the trailer, re-worked the whole trailer--rollers, bunks, winch stand etc.
-made combing panels for the cockpit, both sides; from scratch.
-installed new prop and sanded my stump ding out of the lower unit
-went over the whole boat by hand and buffer roughly 10 times with compound, Leverage oxidation remover, 3M Finesse, and finally Leverage Polish
The big Memorial Day debut was a hit. I still need to get the porpoise dialed out of her though. I went from a 15P prop down to 13P. I have fin that came with the boat that bolts to the cavitation plate. I installed it yesterday and will try it again soon.
