i was confused and speaking with a friend. my motor in my boat says lh rotation. he said that meens my prop is wrong and i should have a lh rotation prop thats why im hitting the limiter. i begged to differ and said it must be lh rotation motor with rh rotation drive Bravo1x. because if it was lh and i put a rh prop on it i would go backwards. he saw it diffrent then me.
you guys firmed me up that i was right. theres no way it will run with a rh prop if its lh rotation. so my prop is correct.

It would be a good way to mess with you buddy if you wanted to, that is until he smashed the front of his boat into the dock thinking he was going to back out!

Now that you mention bravo drive,
if you push the shift lever forward and the boat
goes forward...you're set up correctly for
the rotation of prop you currently have on it.

yea, i thought so, but he had me 2nd guessing my set up. lol
lh rotation motor but rh rotation prop/drive. from what i could tell this is kind of the norm on most single screw boats.

big time. i was thinking of getting the cheepest LH and putting it on his boat just to mess with him and prove a point, but he doesnt have a boat. lol if he gets one tho, its on my list of things to do. i will keep an eye out for a cheep **** prop. lol
