Whats a 1006 29' Profile worth

I looked at a 29' profile 1996 with twin mpi 350's it has all new gafrig gages, custom trailer and swim platform about 150 hrs runs about 70's. Its a true 29' without platform.

How are these boats?????
How much is it worth

My friend has a '94 29 Profile single engine. I only rode in it a few times because he has been plagued with motor and drive problems (no fault of Profile). It has a deep cockpit and feels like a real big boat. The quality seems OK.
