FREE 28' Sleekcraft Hul FREE

Unknown year, probably 86-87 Sleekcraft Enforcer. Hull is stripped of everything except gas tanks. Hull appears to be very solid. Was originally I/O boat but had two outboards on it when I purchased it. It came with no title and there are no signs of ever having a vin on it. Here is the offer.
