Absolutely not true !!!!! I WAS THERE 4 TIMES ,WHEN MR.SPINA WAS THERE !!!!!
I WAS @ THE COURT HEARING AS WELL !!!!!!
I KNOW BOBBY,, and maybe there where some issues with the paint store ,,BUT STILL , MR.SPINA is the one that kind of screwed Bobby over big time !!!!
The price and contract was for 1 paint job, Mr. Spina and Bobby agreed on a layout from Mr. Spina, half way into the job he changed it ,,,and that happened 4 times,,,hatches came back from NT not the way they should be ,,,Bobby fixed them and on and on...........
WHERE U THERE ??????
I was there when MR.SPINA tried to pick up the boat as well......wow was that some chit !!!!!!
And Mr. SPINA completely lost it also his credibility in my book.
Sorry ,,but its even on tape from the Police !!!!!

It was a DEPOSITION,,,since when to they rule with out a judge ??!!
They did not come to a agreement so it will go to court now .
And 2 more things ,,,PLEASE.....i am not your dude or your cuz !!!
