Had quad bypass in 1994, as soon as you can get yourself a cardio program going stay off the junk food no ciggs and you will be good as new. I try to workout every other day and to eat right. Sometimes the eating is the hard part especially when you go to the tiki bars in the boat, but just be sensible and you will do fine. Good luck with your recovery. Didnt say how old you were.
