Hi everyone ,
firstly i wana thank everyone who helped me out a few months ago for looking for a 2nd hand D,W cat to race in the U,A,E series , there is quite a few people to mention ,so i will just thank u all ones again as i bet u remember me
.
Anyway i finally bought over a month ago one off the D,W there now @ the U,A,E ,ex KingFisher #14 boat and i just returned yesterday from Dubai after 5 days there from doing some work to it.
I realised that the set off props i been sold with the boat are a set off 15x30 3blade cleavers , now these props are little bow lift .
Now i aint got any experiance in driving or racing a cat , so i will go over maybe end october to finish some work to it and test before season starts ,now i realised that the fuel tanks off these 7yr old boat are just inline off the driver and navigator ,one on each side which makes me think why i see this boat running quite flat on tv, rather than having the fuel tanks further back like the newer models.
Correct me if ime wrong ,as i said i aint got any experiance about cats.
Now ma question is though i dont have any experiance driving these boats i would like to see if any1 could recomend me some other fast ,medium bow lift props as i dont like running flat ?, as fuel tanks half way up the boat plus them props wont help .
i understand i have to suss the boat out first but i prefare doing it with unother set off props instead off the 3 blade cleaver i have .
I appreciate any help about props pls,
kind regards,
Cooolaii.

The tanks are over the Center of Gravity where they normally are. There are 3 people I would contact to make that boat run at it's best. Grant at Grants Custom Rigging. He rigged and set up the MOJO boat, which I think is what you have, next I would call Brett at BBlades and Throttle Up most run 4 Blades in the US. Send a PM to Dan Lawrence (Loan Shark) and he may help u too.

Hi there, well been told the tanks on the newer DW models are nearly @ the back off the boats and not wright @ the centre like the one i just purchased, infact i think this boat used to belong to Gary (ProMarine) before he had the boat he has in Dubai now racing .
Thx for replys Wahoo, and do Grant and Brett use this site? if so what are there Nicks pls ?

I agree with the referal of Grants Custom Rigging! He is simply put ONE OF THE BEST! Also you may want to take a look at what many of your competitors are running for props.
