Is there anyone out there that welds aluminum, I bought a Miller syncromatic 350amp and I need some help setting it up.
I'm welding some 1-1\2" anodized pipe and I need to know what amperage to set the machine at ? What percentage to set the high freq. at 0-100?

I have a Syncrowave 350. I'll have the operator chime in tomorrow. What is the wall thickness of the pipe, and what size rod and tungsten are you using? What gas are you using?
