Fantasy fest or boat races?????
#11
I was talking to a bar tender last year at the races and he said the busiest times of the yr for him are, 1) New Years Eve 2) Race Wknd 3) Fantasy Fest.
He said at fantasy fest most people hang out on the streets, look at everything that goes on, you get a lot of people watchers, that sort of thing. But when the races come to town people are looking to party and the bars fill up and shots start flowing.
Plus, lets be honest, there is nothing like the roar of those engines!!!

what you need to do is go down for the tail end of fantasy fest then stay for the boat races .. We did that a bunch of years.. Always some stagglers that don't know when to go home ... so you can get the best of both... and that depends on the dates too... ( for the Worlds I mean)
