ive got 2 run dry blue impellers (from nascat) with less than an hr on them, 40$ for both, scb24(@)hotmail.com

I ran them for a little while and noticed my exhaust pipes started turning colors. It was the worst on number 5 and 7 cylinders on both engines. I put the stock Merc impellers in and polished the pipes and all is well. I do not recommend the blue run dry.

Seems like they work well in some applications, non performance boats from what I've seen. I tried one and couldn't get any pressure at all.
