Prop Lost And Found

Default Prop Lost And Found

Can anyone help a brother out?

We lost a prop out on Narragansett Bay.
The Mcloud Prop lock backed right off.

This is the second incident with these locks please be advise.

Anyone have any leads on one right hand 37.5P 5 blade Herring?

It was a 16 .5 Herring 37.5 five blade RH.

I can have anything close worked on.

He went to Long Island, Mike saw the guys running in and ran with a few of them for a while, we would have loved to do the run, but had a scheduling problem with some customers coming in.

I will give you a call after I check out the stock room.

Anyone ever drill the very end of the 6 Shaft and install a cotter pin?


HEY JC PERFORMANCE any of you long Island boys got any
Props laying around???????

Woudl probably just shear off the cotter pin once the nut loosened up. What about double nutting?

Whaz up Jon?

Yes Good suggestion What I may try is use factory nut.
Then back down the locks to that.

Pete Nopper just got off the phone with Mercury HP
They require 100ftlbs.

The problem with the 6 locks is once you continue to reuse
them the Key does not grab it properly allowing the proper torque.

This is what cost me the prop
